Had an issue with the LCD screen inside the viewfinder on my Nikon DSLR and sent here for repair. The turnaround was impressive. The camera shows arrived on Tuesday morning. On Thursday it is already on its way back to me. Not only the LCD was repaired, they also went above and beyond on cleaning the mirrors and sensors. I was hesitant at first, but the team here did such a great job in completely convinced. They just focused on getting the job done. Great job PrecisionCamera! Eric Brenner was amazing. He was patient and explained many settings not only on my a7IV, but also the lenses and settings that would work best with the type of photography I am currently doing. He asked quite a few questions to narrow down what my expertise was with my camera and offered many suggestions in what best to utilize for best results. A++
I knew my camera's HDMI port was broken. Sony Pro Services had me send it to Precision. After a couple of weeks had passed and there was no sign of the camera, I called Precision and they told me they were waiting on a new system board. I was astounded by their "diagnosis". They couldn't diagnose the problem because the connector was broken so they pointed to the system board vi told them to just replace the connector then diagnose it again.
