I had a bad experience using the ebay certified refurbished program. My camera had a simple problem: the flex cable for the display came out and I could not get it back in. Square trade had me send it to this shop for repair and they claimed it was unrepairable due to being end of life. I purchased a Sony camera and under warranty I needed to send it to Precision Camera from Chicago. The whole time they were in communication with me about the status of the shipping, repairs, and sending it back. They responded to my emails quickly when I had questions and even picked up the phone to call. I would recommend.

I can't say enough positive things about Sony Pro Services. From the great turnaround on my repair as well as quickly getting me a loaner, their customer service is top-flight and super professional throughout.
