Purchased my Sony A6700 4 months ago and while on vacation in Florida my camera started acting weird. And by the time I got back to Ohio my Sony stopped working all together. If i could give this company 0 stars i would. They told me My brand New Ricoh needed a lens replacement so i trusted them. They would not honor my warranty because i bought this camera while traveling. So they Charged me $1200 for the repair... almost the price of a new camera. Upon receiving what i expected to be a perfectly functioning camera. Powered on and immediately had issues. My screen would not turn on. At first I thought these low reviews were not true but after my experience, I can assure you they are true… I would suggest to not do business here since they will overcharge you for no reason. Need a small little fix on your camera that requires nothing to be removed or repaired or only needs software updated? Yeah, that will be $639 before they even see your camera.
