Trenched through my clearly marked fiber line while running service to a neighbor. I called to inform them and they offered no help and said sorry about your luck. They then informed me that I would have to arrange repair of the line THEY cut that, again, was CLEARLY marked by the locate company. They clearly don’t care about running a professional operation.

Had a interview and they told me drug test than paperwork and I get the job they had me wait all week just to tell me there going a different direction wat a joke of a company

It took almost 5 weeks for someone to come out and bury our fiber internet lines. We had dozens of flags in our yards from surveyors and 100+ ft of extra line wrapped around our yard/AC unit.It was beyond frustrating to do lawn care with the line and flags in the way. I called Precision several times and every time they said it should be done by the end of the week. 3 weeks later, I finally was escalated to a supervisor who really couldn’t have cared less.
