I have been using Precision Tax Relief for over 10 years. I used to think they were the greatest business. However, over the past 5 years their customer service has been becoming increasingly poor. This year they we terrible. I always felt like I had an accountant looking out for me -- not so much over the past several years. This year, I actually felt like my accountant was working for the IRS and not me. I will be looking for a new accountant for my 2023 taxes.
