I have been using Precision Tax for 12 years, and in in my opinion these are the most helpful people I've come across. I understood 2014 was a difficult time for this family run business. With just two people, medical issue with Mrs. Anne caused a bottom neck in their production, and I was advised to perhaps go to another tax preparer. I did take their advice, only to find out I was going to have to pay 300, and my return would only be 900 dollars. THEY GET A ZERO!!! they have had my two sets of tax returns for a month and MOLLY is NOW telling me, 5:00 on Friday, April 12th, that she cannot get my taxes done in time & to come pick up my stuff and take it somewhere else!!!!!!!!
These people did 2 years of bad returns for me and didn't stand behind their work. After over 4 years of letting this matter fester with the IRS they jokingly admitted that they had not done a good job for me and suggested that I go somewhere else. Eventually after they didn't show up for a meeting I took their advice and did go somewhere else and they even refused to cooperate with my new accountant when he asked them for some information.
