Stopped writing our company paychecks out of the blue and did not tell us. The books are a mess and he is not returning 4th Quarter reports to my accountant as requested, besides not issuing and paying taxes as required. He is not answering phone calls either. This summer I had to stop by his office 5 times to find out where the paycheck stubs and reports were. No answer. i am now officially scared. Just received a letter from Arizona Dept of Revenue.
