My Father has been a patient for years, and has always received excellent service from all the therapists, especially Katie and Jacob. Although, we have had issues with the entire front office staff in the past, his last session was the first time he came home and reported a good interaction at the front with a young girl he hadn’t met before, Jasmine. Thank you to Katie, Jacob, and Jasmine for brightening my Father’s Day!
Great therapist and great staff. Went after my total knee replacement, it was painful but they got me through it with compassion. Went for my back after a car accident and they worked with my attorneys office and got me the best care. Currently going after hip procedure for rehab, once again getting me through it. When you leave after therapy you can feel the difference.
My wife goes here. 1st time was for a hip replacement and this time is for muscle tightness on the hip replacement area. KATY is the best to work with. She is extremely good at what she does. My wife and I just LOVE HER as if she were our own daughter. Eric the owner is on top of his game. Extremely nice and top of the line facility here in Forney as well as his other facility off of highway 80 and Collins.
Katie in Sunnyvale was my person! She got me back on track from an injured knee. She's very knowledgeable,patient and has a great personality! I highly recommend her!
