Thank you Emma, after a few days of severe lower back pain I feel alot more able to walk properly rather than look like a penguin. Emma is very professional and explains what she's doing whilst doing so. Would 100% recommend her and look forward to seeing her again. I've been to places that push you into buying a full course but Emma will let you see how you feel after your session then it's up to you to book again if you need another session which I will be having. Your a superstar Emma thank you .

I booked up after my existing shoulder and back pain had flared up, after leaving i feel instantly more mobile and the pain has eased massively. Would highly recommend and will be rebooking for a regular appointment.

Amazing sports massage, I had a really tight back and shoulders causing me migraines and she worked on all the areas I needed! Emma is so lovely as well, I will be coming again! Thank you

Fantastic sports massage went with very painful shoulder and neck pain the results were fantastic and have greater movement now Would recommend very professional and knows what’s needed to get results Thank you
