Incredibly rude staff, you will spend hours completing surveys and discussing your answers over the phone and rarely qualify for the surveys (even though the online surveys say you qualify). If you fill out the questions online and might qualify, be prepared to be bombarded with phone calls about calling back to see if you qualify.
