I just finished PT for my pelvic floor after having my second child in June. My therapist was Sarah Ryder and she is a phenomenal therapist! She is a great listener, very informative, never brushed anything off, always asked how my day/week has been and she explained everything well with visuals if needed! My pelvic floor has greatly improved because of her. It is back to where it was before I had my first child!! If you are in need of any pelvic floor therapy or any PT needs, I highly recommend Sarah! She is a rockstar!
