I worked with Hilary at Precision and it was the best decision I have ever made to address my running goals. Before I started at Precision, I had pain but also so many questions. I can't recommend Precision Physical therapy more. I have to admit, I was skeptical at first whether or not they were going to be able to help me. I have been to many PT's after injuries and surgeries, but this place is different. I had two hip surgeries several years apart after the last one I was unable to run anymore, which was devastating. Ann is extremely helpful - she goes out of her way to make sure you know exactly what to do, and provides comprehensive advice on how to treat issues even beyond workouts. Extremely kind, friendly and helpful - like a family member. 100% would recommend!!!
It took me two years to get a diagnosis for a scapular condition so when I landed at Precision I was extremely frustrated and in a lot of pain. Jesse was extremely patient and kind and has gone above and beyond to help me understand mechanics and give me the tools I need to get some relief. I was having some TMJ-type pain from wearing a mouthguard for sleeping, and within a couple of weeks, Jesse was able to identify the cause of the issue and provide me the tools needed to fix it. She took the time to listen to what was causing me pain, and patiently walked me through some exercises to assist in my posture, addressed some environmental factors with my work set-up, and then provided me additional notes and videos of my exercise routine to make sure I kept my jaw pain from returning.
