We are a concierge style physical therapy practice that primarily treats athletes. Our specialty is orthopedics and sports medicine. We have advanced training treating runners, triathletes, golfers, yogis and weight lifters. We have become known as the place to go when nothing else has helped. We are very passionate about getting people back to what they love. Our appointments are one on one for one hour. We are extremely client centered and collaborate with our clients to help them reach their goals and get well.

Without question, the best physical therapy I've ever received. As an athlete, having a therapist so well versed in their practice makes treatment much more effective. Not only are my concerns addressed, I'm given feedback to help me progress and learn more about the root of my challenges. The expert treatment combined with the precision of the feedback has put me on path of minimizing/eliminating injury while I continue to pursue my active lifestyle.
Had an amazing PT experience with Allison! While I came in specifically for pelvic floor PT following pregnancy, she did a whole body assessment and helped me feel even better than I did before pregnancy. I felt like she truly cared about my health and wellbeing. 10/10 would recommend!
