Read the negative reviews - they are legitimate. Communication is non existent. We are so frustrated by not only the lack of communication from Michelle Haigh, but the ongoing delays in receiving timely payments. Is she using the funds received from the settlement to pay her office bills? Totally unprofessional - takes weeks or months to receive a reply to an email. DO NOT USE PRECISION PARALEGAL. The CASE TOOK 3 years to resolve. Save your money and hire a pro.
We hired Precision Paralegal in early 2022 when a customer stopped paying invoices. We had tried for over a year to get payment from this customer and they ignored all forms of communication. I felt our only next step was legal action. The end result for us was a positive one and our customer finally paid up, but only after Precision went after them and it was headed to court.
