Had a great experience with Francisco, Hugo and Juan. It was a very hot day in the valley, my apartment is two levels and on the third floor, the elevator is tiny and I had a lot of big, heavy things to move. I figured it was a mover’s worst nightmare, but if they struggled at all, you wouldn’t have known it. They wrapped everything up really well to protect my items too, were respectful, communicative and followed all my instructions to the tee without needing my oversight. Precision moving was the best choice I made during my move. Had some very large and heavy items and Marcos, Francisco, Hugo and Juan moved all of them no problem. On time, quick and very friendly. Will definitely use Precision moving and this team next time I have a move 👍
Francisco and Hugo were fantastic! They were professional, efficient, and incredibly sharp. I had a lot of instructions about what to move and they remembered every detail without me having to repeat myself. Getting the truck into my gated neighborhood was tricky, and they nailed it. They also helped me measure and rearrange furniture to make everything fit perfectly. Moving on my own was overwhelming, and their kindness and professionalism made a stressful day so much easier.
