I had an injury that was causing excruciating pain in my leg/groin area. The injury sidelined me from many activities including hockey and basic exercise. I highly recommend Precision Fitness Physical Therapy. I was having issues related to my knee and the detailed exercise plan made a huge difference. I had surgery on my left ankle(peroneal tendon repair) in October 2024. For over a year I limped and was living with moderate to severe pain with activity.
