Ive never encountered such rudeness! After purchasing a very expensive pair of glasses, I had problems with the arm getting bent--after the second time this happened, I was told that he "didn't have time to fix it--that it took him 20 minutes the last time this happened"...inferred that I must have done something to glasses. I went somewhere else-they were able to simply bend arm, using their bare hands, to fix glasses. They have lost my entire families business, as well as several friends. Rudeness never is a good thing.... read more
