I dropped my camera in over a month ago for a repair and a service. I chased up weekly and was given promises of communication and a timely repair. I'm still waiting. I'm happy to wait, but please keep me in the loop, so I know what I'm waiting for.
Dropped my camera off for a sensor cleaning on a Thursday and was told it would be ready the following week. I specifically mentioned there was film in the camera. After not hearing anything for several days, I called on Wednesday and it initially seemed like they had lost my camera, as the employee on the phone couldn’t locate it for quite some time.
