Beware.. Poor sub-par service, paid to have AV system that they installed (all components) connected to local cable provider modem and still do not have a Good video signal on main HDMI TV, glitches. Owner basically told me everything is out of warranty and not his problem after several failed attempts to troubleshoot the problem. Called another AV company out (Walts) and problem was resolved in about 5 mins. Not impressed by expertise or customer service of PAV.
