I would give no star if I could I called the IRS my money came to them and they took it. I’ve been calling and Willie I guess is the only worker because he’s the only one who picks up the phone yet no answer all he says is I’ll call you back. Yet no calls no email why am I chasing you down when y’all made a mistake. You should be contacting me. Please do not go here!!!! Scammers!!!!!
No Comment. but Horrible Experience ....
Unfortunately very horrible experience. Willie Moore is unprofessional. He missed 2 appointments. I actually was at the office and he had no feasible excuse, except that he didn't have it in his calendar. In addition, there's another angry man there answering their phones. Lastly, he refused to give me my tax documents back because I decided to do the next year elsewhere. He stated that I had a balance. There was no balance, only the projected balance of the tax year I did NOT file. I would not recommend.
