Please be weary of this accountant. She fired my business in the middle of filing our business taxes, didn't update us on anything, was hesitant to even correspond with the new accounting firm that we hired on to clean up her mess, she failed to pay 3 months worth of DOR taxes and neglected to even tell me about it, amongst other things that she failed to pay in a timely manner. I have been with PRA for 3 years and can say that it is a great place of business. The negative reviews are mostly not fair toward the business owner and do not tell the whole story. I would rate zero stars if I could. I am so frustrated and saddened that my experience with Cynthia was so negative. This was not only a disappointment, but so much time and money wasted. After my accountant suddenly died, I contacted Cynthia to file a corporate and personal return, which she did. When engaging her services, I asked about quarterly estimated taxes, and she told me over the phone that those were wrapped into the corporate return fee.
