I would not recommend this tax preparer based on my experience. There was a clear lack of communication throughout the entire process. I made it known that I was not familiar with taxes and needed guidance, but my return was delayed until very late with little to no updates. The numbers I was originally told did not match the final results. After having another professional review everything, my return was significantly different than what I was told to expect. My nonprofit discontinued our work with PRA after an increasingly hostile relationship. They insisted on keeping a QuickBooks account for payroll that we didn't have access to. I am still correcting errors to my books.
