My nonprofit discontinued our work with PRA after an increasingly hostile relationship. They insisted on keeping a QuickBooks account for payroll that we didn't have access to. I am still correcting errors to my books.

Please be weary of this accountant. She fired my business in the middle of filing our business taxes, didn't update us on anything, was hesitant to even correspond with the new accounting firm that we hired on to clean up her mess, she failed to pay 3 months worth of DOR taxes and neglected to even tell me about it, amongst other things that she failed to pay in a timely manner. This business put me at ease, and I am so thankful! *Update: I went today 3/18/2025 to log in to my account and saw some negative reviews posted about Cynthia and PRA. I have been with PRA for 3 years and can say that it is a great place of business. The negative reviews are mostly not fair toward the business owner and do not tell the whole story.
