Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the threading service. I experienced multiple cuts and bleeding on my upper lip and eyebrows. The service felt rushed, and when I raised my concerns, I was told it was due to my acne rather than the technique used. I understand that sensitive skin can sometimes react differently, but I expected the service to be performed with more care and attention. They are very professional, quick and efficient. Not too much wait time. I was in and out in 10 min. I'll be back.
Excellent service!
