PSR Atherton and Cairns are totally recomended by me. I had a fried Samsung. Although technicians at both stores were unable to repair the motherboard, I valued their suggestions and appreciated their efforts. At both sores I found the staff were professional, knowlegeable and listened. At no time did I feel pressured into making a decision. The team at Precise Sales and Repairs in Manoora are very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Grace assisted me with a problem on my daughter’s iPhone, gave me the information required and advice for future concerns. Very, very happy with Grace’s professionalism and friendly communication style. And her knowledge. I highly recommend this company and I will not go anywhere else. I was very happy with the service and problem solving. Great prices and excellent service. The way small businesses should be. ☺️

Great service and very transparent, highly recommended. Needed help with an iPad, they were very upfront about issues and costs, kept in touch during the repair and good outcome.
