Very professional with any issues I have had over the years. Excellent customer service with staff who are very helpful
First time patron of PSR. Great people great service including an expedited battery change out. Fee was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to use Precise again!!

Daniel and Grace went above and beyond excellent customer service for us. They dealt with the emergency we had efficiently and swiftly,not once but twice. Can only highly recommend this business.
Had 4 repairs here each time they had to go back but they always ended up fixing the issues one did take 12 weeks though. Not really comfortable with their new pay in full up front when it will most likely end up back there for weeks in the end. prefer to pay when service is complete just like i am paid when i complete my service for customers
