Will update when owner contacts me to make this right. They messed up PRACTICALLY ALL OF MY furniture. LEFT ME with an INCOMPLETE JOB. I am going to look into getting an attorney. They showed up in a U-Haul according to my dad. Took ALL day long for a SIMPLE JOB and couldn’t even complete it. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I can’t say enough good things about Precise!! From the moment I contacted them, they were immediately responsive (at 2 am!!). They went out of their way to arrive at my requested time and were very flexible about extending their time as well. My guys were respectful, hard-working, and fun to be around!! I would use them again in a heartbeat. Also, Rose is terrific!!!
Would not recommend this company. They had 2 movers that were late even though the company let me know that morning when they were supposed to be there that they were going to be a half an hour late that threw off the whole schedule. They starting out fine when we were at the storage shed, even though they can put the back properly after taking some of the big furniture out and then when we got to my house that I was moving from, they were still OK cause we were only taking the big furniture and I had almost everything wrapp... read more
And it only continues. Today I tried to use my air compressor for my nail gun only to find that something was stacked on top of it and compressed/broke an on/off switch causing the compressor to leak internally. Have I had any response from these people? No. The people cost me several hundreds of dollars due to the items I had to leave due to poor packing and the items that were broken due to how items were not packed with care, Initially did not think loading of truck in Florida went badly other than items were not packed s... read more
