The paralift vans are in poor repair. While there are some individual drivers who are wonderful, many are poor drivers who seem incensed by instruction.
Precise is the most disgusting transport company I have ever seen. The vans are old and nasty and some of their vans leak exhaust into the vehicle. They are obviously the cheapest that’s why they receive so many rides. But you get what you pay for. I was at an appointment and they canceled my return ride, stranding me at my medical facility. Another time, the driver drove for a half mile and then realized he had left the side van door completely open! Never use this company if you have a choice in the matter.
They're either really early picking you up causing you to get to your appointment half hour to an hour early or they're really late picking you up no in-between
This company should not be transporting people. I've been waiting here for over an hour -- before that they were too early picking me up, making me rush to get ready. These were *scheduled* trips. They've known about the trips for days now. For this firm, appointment times are suggestions often to be ignored. They are supposed to be my transportation. I'm sitting here waiting and have had time to write this review. (My suggestion is to not use this business. Call Lyft or Uber instead.)
This is the worst transportation company ever! Do NOT use this company, they will leave you high and dry and then lie about it. They caused my brother to miss his appointment and never offered any type of apology. Stay away from this company.
