This is the worst transportation company ever for people that need assistance. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wish I did not have to give it a star! They are always late picking up.
My 76 year old mother was left for over an hour to be picked up for her appointment. When she/me kept calling back it was we will be there in 20 mins. That is now 2 hours and my mother is still not picked up. This is how we do our elderly people now. Blue Cross Blue Shield you should be ashamed of yourself for having Precise Mobility Solutions Inc. as party of your solution for the elderly
driver marked that I had been picked up, called company since I was still home. they then claimed that I did no have a reservation. I let them know I know for a fact that's lie since it said my ride was "in progress". they argued multiple times, ended up letting them know I would call my insurence to make sure they are not paid. run from this company
