I don’t know who is writing there reviews but they got me. They told me if I go with them they will pay appraisal fee So at closing I noticed the appraisal fee was still on the closing docs, and I spoke to them, and they promised me they were going to write me a check, so I went ahead and close anyways now they’re refusing to reimburse me
