If I could give this Please a zero star I would let me start with. I’ve been with this woman, Laura Millard for 14 years she used to be very good and now all of a sudden she charges you for services she does not complete. She makes her personal problems your problems if she’s going through a bad day, she won’t talk to you because she’s too busy for you after you already pay her for a service that she doesn’t complete completely unprofessional. I had a truly disappointing experience with my tax preparation this year. Initially, everything appeared to be going well, but the mannerisms and way my tax provider acted, quickly indicated a turn for the worse, resulting in significant financial loss and considerable stress. Laura's services are incredible and she is a pleasure to work with. She is one of the few who take the time to explain things to you so you can feel comfortable with the process. Payroll, to bookkeeping to taxes, she is extremely reliable and a trusted member of our team.

I was referred to Laura years ago for tax preparation. She is extremely knowledgeable and her personality is even better. She takes the time to explain everything she is doing and what it means. I had a question she couldn't immediately answer and she called me before I was even out of the parking lot with the answer. I highly recommend her.
