Highly frustrated that my taxes weren’t filled and the company won’t return voicemails or emails regarding the situation. Would not recommend.
If you want an accounting firm that will never answer your calls, texts, or emails - or a firm that misses IRS deadlines - this is the firm for you! Tiffany is the most unresponsive employee I have ever encountered. I had a December 4th deadline, which she completely missed so I had to call the IRS and get a 30 day extension. A week past my first deadline, I was able to get in touch with Michael, the owner, one time. He told me to send an email over and I did, and still no response. Keep in mind I have already paid them.
