Driver was great, Christy was great. Cost was 83$ for a pickup from the hospital and then back home. Renee was... not the best, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. She did her job, and she took my call on what I assume was her day off(sunday) but I could really tell she didn't really want to take this call. Short, a bit rude even when I was nothing but nice and apologetic for some miscommunications, and really only softened up at the end of the call.
