Giving 1 star because I can't give 0. Customer service is in serious need of adjustment. I drove an hour to purchase a chair I'd seen online, that I thought would be perfect for my house. Our space is small and a bit tricky, and it's been 2 years of purchasing/returning chairs in hopes they would work out.
