It was the worst experience. I had a 30-minute appointment, but about 15 minutes were spent filling out the form, so I only received 15 minutes of massage. The form could have been completed afterward. They told me my appointment was only 30 minutes and that it was my fault, saying I should have filled out the form beforehand. The room also had no ventilation, and I could hear noise from the gym during the massage

I recently had two physiotherapy sessions at Pre-Therapy with Grace Zhang, and it was an excellent experience. I came in with muscle imbalances and tightness in my hips and shoulders. From the start, Grace made me feel comfortable and genuinely listened to my concerns. It was clear she was focused on finding the right solution for me.
