Do not buy from here! It looks almost 3 months to come and the clothes look completely different to what they do online. Quality is terrible
In my personal opinion, do not buy anything from this store, they refused to provide a refund for an item that ran out of stock even though it was advertised as in stock. Have been waiting for nearly 7 weeks. Promises of escalating but no action. Don’t waste your time or money.
I ordered 4 different items from the website, it took about 3 weeks for it to even be shipped. Received 3/4 items a month after ordering. Didn’t like how the items fit my body, they run quite small and aren’t great quality. Have been continuously trying to get ahold of their customer service to return them even tho I’ve followed they’re guidelines for returns. Pere Studios have been very unreasonable with my request to return an item that is too small and too short (pants) which I will never be able to wear. The message that I keep getting from them is that they will not issue me a return number for "changing my mind". Even though I referred to their size chart before ordering, the pants are way too small. How can a company have such poor customer service????? I'm beyond mad.
bags are not very good quality, especially considering price. you can see resemblance to website photos but the quality is very different and stitching (if applicable) is not clean + a bit off. I do still like the style and concept of the bag (e.g. adjustable straps) but the quality is disappointing.
