I am writing to express my concerns regarding me and my fiance's experience with LegalShield services. Unfortunately, I have been very dissatisfied. There are no provider attorneys available in Wichita, and the only option offered was in Lawrence. This creates additional financial burden, as we were informed we would be responsible for travel expenses on top of attorney fees, with only a 15% discount. Customer for many many years. Had Wills done. Called to ask a couple questions about a trust for houses for wills. Lawyer acted like I was a pain and wouldn't answer my questions. We want a trust in our home for our kids. Also i am executor for my father in laws estate. But since he isn't a member here I couldn't find out how trusts work and benefits. Now 3 months trying to cancel. I called and their system said I'm no longer a member. But still getting billed.

Don't waste your money on this scam. They won't help you at all if you go to jail. You'll sit there until you are released. They won't even visit you. Total ripoff.
