Tommy Gibson was very informative. I used to be a member years ago and I wasn't even aware that there were more affordable legal plans available. Tommy let me know that I could always reinstate my membership with a standard plan and I can always upgrade later if I needed to. I love having options and Tommy was NOT in the business of selling me on legal plans which I felt I didn't need at the time. I do plan to upgrade to their Identity Theft Shield product soon.
