Definitely is the worst place to do your taxes, they took all my original papers and never got them back but forced to pay a copy of my file, charging me $35 dollars besides the $190.00 dollars they charge for the process never again this is a rip off!!!! It doesn't deserve the star I'm giving !! ⭐️
Worst tax service out there. Avoid at all cost. They filed my taxes for the third year in a row, and you think I would be treated like a regular customer. I returned back to get a copy of my tax file. The charged me $35 to give me that copy!!! Something they are legally mandated by law to provide me after filling my taxes. I spoke to the owner and the manager and they were both very unreasonable. A total rip off, and I am in the process of filling a claim about this business with IRS.
