This business does nothing but lie and mislead you. They tell you stuff that is not right and will never work. What ever you do don’t sign contract with these crooks. If you do be ready to cancel your credit card at the end of your contract. If you don’t they will keep charging you monthly payment. I hope this business will go under very soon. Very dishonest company
Initially called for them to optimize google my business and they said that I will see the difference in a few days. 2 weeks later they finally requested access for my google and the insights actually WENT DOWN. Very disappointed with them not keeping their promise and even forgetting that we scheduled appointments. Do not buy their services!
I have used this company with the promise of coming up on first page of google after paying them for almost one year , not only this never happened, but even the keywords that made me pop up no longer work , they have given me excuse after excuse and had me do a lot of things that they were supposed to do , but keep asking for more money , I have 25 five star reviews and they said it is not enough while my competition with no reviews or 2 reviews appear easily . they are very good about taking your money and a lkot of lip s... read more
I use PR Business for marketing and thus far it has been a pleasant experience. The communication has been good. Respond time from emails are quick. I am not sure why anyone is giving this company a positive review. This company has done NOTHING for my business except take my money. They say that I should be seeing results within 6 months to a year. I have seen NOTHING. Every "monthly meeting" I have with them it is about me using every single social media platform on the planet. They NEVER tell me what they are doing or have done to help promote my business.
