Would definitely recommend Emma she listened to my issues and massaged my target area, then followed up with benificial exercises Finally she followed up with an email with video links to confirm all exercises from my appointment.
Stephen was recommended by my colleague. I did not regret seeing him. I got a lot of info after just an initial appointment.

I was very fortunate to have been referred to Stephen Timms when I needed to see a physiotherapist 3 years ago. His level of care, diagnostic skills and treatment are first rate are as the Utube videos to remind me exactly how to do the treatment exercises. It's an added bonus that I can also do reformer pilates under physiotherapist supervision
Jas is a thoroughly professional and expert remedial massage therapist. Highly recommend her.
