They led us on for months, had us sign an exclusive term sheet, then couldn’t close our deal. They said they were still interested but couldn’t close at the time. When confronted on if their fund was out of money, they did not respond. Terrible company and giant waste of time.
Terrible communication, weak returns (7% on Fund III).
Parvati Capital is not the best funding company to go to for a loan But they are thee BEST and the only one who I would go to and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Don't know everyone who work there but all you got to ask for is Mrs Bruce Fariberg he kept going out his way to make sure that I got a loan without hearing no for an answer. Thank you Mr Freiberg you are a saint may God continue to fine favor with you and your family.
