I am exceedingly sad to have to write such a negative review for this business, but I feel that others should be warned about this company so that they can avoid making the same mistake that I did. I placed an order for 15 custom mats with Pravacana this fall. After inspecting the mats, I discovered significant defects in 4 of the mats (27% of all mats). My fiancé ordered a mat for me, last Christmas, that never came.. I called customer service, sent emails, even DM on instagram to no avail. This business is fake and they need to be taken off the internet. If they went out of business, the need to take the option to buy things off their website so people don’t waste their money. If I could give negative stars, I would.. Scammers.
Great mat! Excellent customer service. Also the mat is made in the USA by a smaller business, which I like to support.
