This is the worst practice I’ve ever been to. The office staff is incompetent and rude. Will never return and would not recommend to anyone.

I had a dermatologist appointment for a suspicious mole. Initial appointment was fine, staff was friendly and I was seen on time. I was told they would make an appointment for me with a specialist and if I couldn’t be seen right away they would do the procedure at that office. A week passed and I hadn’t received a follow up call with the specialist appointment details. I contacted the office and reached someone who was annoyed and short in her responses. She told me to contact the specialist myself. Ok...that was no problem.... read more
