I used PRATT LAW GROUP, PLLC to create a series A llc and a few warranty deeds for my rental properties. My first meeting was great with Darryl V. Pratt but he try to use tons of buzzwords to confuse the client intentionally. I agreed to hire him and paid 2K for the work- I had the worst experience. I need to keep following up with him, he does not deliver the work as he promised.
