Great place and people! We had our Jeep serviced here, and they took VERY good care of us. We were just passing through and were fortunate enough to find Pratt. While a little remote, they are as good as any service shop we’ve ever been to.
They have continued to provide amazing service and the best price around. I live 4 hours north of Calais and they have made this the easiest experience of purchasing a vehicle imaginable.
Pratt GMC went above and beyond to stick to their word on warranty. Very happy with them.
