They made errors during closing, admit to as much, yet haven’t made it right. I was told to contact the other party for my money. Do you want a company that stands by their output or leaves you to recover your money for their error? My advice, stay away. Go with a reputable company that will stand behind their product. But they do have a nice office. If that’s important to you.
I closed on my home 12/19/19. As part of my buyers contract, a home warranty was included. After a month of being in the home, my warranty was suspended for non payment. After 2 weeks of calls and emails from both my agent and myself with no return calls or emails, my agent went to office directly where he received a check to send to the warranty provider.
