Unless you have years to settle your families estate don’t do it ! Seems the famous answer is I’ll have to check the records and get back to you which they NEVER do!! Not helpful at all :(
They took on my estate case over 2 years ago. It should have been closed by now but they keep dragging it out. They have made several mistakes with the paperwork, which I have had to correct. In the past year I have grown really impatient. I have called them 5 times in the past 7 months and have to leave a vm/message to which I get NO callback...ever. One of the 5 calls I did actually get a real person who tells me all the paperwork will be finished up in a few months. It hasn’t. They told me this same thing over a year ago.... read more
