I want to warn people about this attorney. He was paid to do work that he did not do. He filed motions late which were dismissed for late filing. Beware of this attorney. I also want to respond to Keith Praters allegations. My ex whom recieved custody died of a heroin overdose two years later. Keith tell me who was unfit. My son was given to a known heroin abuser and there was nothing I could do. I am not a drug addict or user. I have been clean since 2009. 25 years of successfully representing thousands of clients - peer reviews for 2012 are posted on AVVO on which I have a 10/10 2012 rating, recently reduced because I am too busy to publish research and attend to internet presence. The reviewer who wants to "warn people" is a cyberattcker who posts falsely. Falsely accusing an attorney of dismissal of motions for late filing is a serious matter.
