I booked online in advance of my visit which was very easy and convenient. When I arrived I was warmly greeted. When I asked about adding additional treatments beyond what I had booked Dawn kindly arranged time the following morning to personally do them - even opening the spa on a day it was usually closed to accommodate me as I had limited time on this trip and had travelled far! We are out reimbursement from our care provider for massages there - there was dodgy billing qualifications for one of their staff and our claims were rejected. They blew us off when we brought it to their attention. Buyer beware with these guys

UPDATE: This person decided to break the law and reach out to my employer that was shared in confident on a medical disclosure form during check in due to the google review left below. Spent over 40 minutes saying negative things and defaming me. This is harassment, defamation of character, and breaking medical confidentiality laws. Called and inquired almost 2 weeks in advance about a couples massage. We were going to go to the Nordic spa but decided to support local as we always stay in Fairmont. As it’s my birthday today and was my girlfriend’s on Tuesday. We gave a few days for them to inquire with their team whether they had availability or not. They then confirmed and informed me I could even bill to benefits but not direct billing.
