I have been both a patron and a workshop host at Prana Salt Cave. As a patron, there is something very special about the salt therapy and the level of relaxation that comes with a session in the salt cave. I look forward to this as a necessary part of my self care. One of the best massages I’ve had and the cave and salt benefits make it that much better!! The staff was so friendly and I can’t wait to go back!
I highly recommend giving this a try! Atmosphere was beautiful and the interaction with the employees was wonderful! Definitely felt better than when I arrived!!!
Completed a yoga session in the salt cave. It was an amazing experience. The owner is very knowledgeable about her practice. Left feeling refreshed and breathing better than ever.
