Our couples massage in the salt cave was so relaxing and unique! The ambiance of the salt room was the perfect setting combined with the skillful, firm hands of our therapists, Janis and Trish. Both were kind and extremely competent, and my husband and I agreed that both provided the best massages we have ever had. I am so glad they were able to accommodate our last min request to 90 min, because it would have been a shame to have only experienced this for 50 min. I had the opportunity yesterday to attend Merlyn Crawford’s Restorative Yoga class at Prana Salt Cave and the experience was truly transformative. Yesterday morning I was feeling grumpy, gloomy, and physically achy and stuffy and after the 75 minute class, I seriously felt amazing.
