My girlfriends and I went in on a Saturday morning for a 45-minute salt therapy and we loved it. I made the appointment a few days in advance and Kelly was super friendly and accommodating during both the phone call and at check in. This is something none of us have ever done before and we were all amazed by how quiet and relaxing our salt room was. Very calming and soothing experience. I’d say an extra benefit is it helps nervous systems regulation. Kelly, the facilitator was very accommodating and friendly. Will be going back.
I just had a massage with Aleah in the salt cave, fabulous! I love going into the salt cave anyway. It immediately relaxes me. But with a massage...oh me.😘 I will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later.
