The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, I was scheduled for a 45-minute physiotherapy session but was only seen for 30 minutes—from 1:40 PM to 2:10 PM. Despite this, I was charged for the full 45 minutes. I didn’t feel that this was fair, and as a result, I’ve decided to cancel my next appointment. I hope the clinic can be more transparent with session timing and billing moving forward.

I had my physiotherapy session today with Manpreet Kaur, and she was absolutely amazing! She took the time to ask every important detail about my pain and started the treatment right away. I felt super relieved throughout the session, especially since my first time doing physiotherapy. Manpreet made sure I was comfortable at every step, consistently checking in with me. She gave me the best experience, and I’m very grateful for her professionalism and care. Highly recommend her!
It's really good ,staff is too polite. My physician was manpreet kaur and her behavior awesome.
