My parents came in to start the process of arranging a will for my father. My parents had organised 2x appointments, that were paid, to only be told “the documentation from the Geriatrician is not DETAILED enough” when the documentation provided was more than enough to confirm that my father is able and understanding. Took my parents for an absolute ride, even though they paid full fees just to make the appointment. Really disappointing service from a place with such good reviews.
