The doctor is excellent — very knowledgeable and respectful. However, one of the staff members consistently places callers on hold and uses her phone during interactions. It comes across as unprofessional and gives the impression that the role may have been obtained through referral or because a parent works there, rather than merit. I’m sharing this only because the doctor provides great care, and the overall experience would benefit from more attentive front‑desk support.

I tried calling for an hour and no one answered then the female lady(receptionist) answered the call who was really mean and rude. So started asking money to provide my own blood work reports which is illegal and tried to book my appointment with the doctor which I don't even need. I just need my blood work reports. She is really mean and rude. I am not waiting here. I am going to complain about them and take all the legal actions the way they behave.This is so annoying. “I tried calling the clinic, and after waiting for 20 minutes, someone( female)finally answered. However, the response was quite rude and unprofessional, she just reply very rudely “Hnji, dso? Without using any welcome phrase ’ This kind of customer service is disappointing and reflects poorly on the clinic.”
