Anahise runs a very personal and professional practice. I’m a higher level recreational athlete who needs to be able to consistently count on my body to hold up to high training loads. For the last several years we’ve worked together intermittently (10-15x) in person, which has always been excellent. Where I find Anahise really excelled was giving me “homework” to do. The assigned exercises are consistently beneficial and tailored to my specific needs. Would highly recommend her practice!
I was having strange symptoms while running that several PTs were unable to adequately address. Anahise was very knowledgeable and effective in brainstorming solutions for these issues.
PT is not always a fun thing, but I looked forward to my weekly visits here. Very welcoming space and great Physical Therapist. I had quite a few issues going on and I am in much better shape.
Anahise helped diagnose, release muscle tension and came up with a comprehensive plan catered to my needs to help me get strong and feel better. Really impressed with her ability to provide comprehensive care in a kind and professional manner. I highly recommend her services.
Anahise's diagnosis, dry needling and home exercises got my knee out of its funk and ready for skiing... can't imagine having done it with out her!
