Isn't it terrible that they claim that they're helping people that need legal aid! I've been leaving messages for almost 3 weeks and no one ever, ever contacts me back.
i have used prairie state since 2019 and they have been nothing but patient, kind, courteous and very informative they always answer any questions i have and make me feel at ease i had danessa T represent me in the earlier years and now Claire A they are both hardworking woman they answer my questions in a timely manner they are so quick to type everything up ready for court , only con is just trying to get through to someone per they're office, it is always better to email since they are sometimes / majority times at the co... read more

Molly service and this office has horrible service, they had 16 documents of proof that IDES was incorrect on their ruling, and they still didn’t represent me in my appeal, I gave up tons of personal information for a 7 min phone call on a case I’ve been fighting for two years, she told me to start at the ending of the situation so she can get a brief explanation but she had every document from IDES I know she didn’t throughly read the documents because she still asked about details of the case when she had 4 statements on m... read more
